A little about me...
Growing up in Washington State, I was spoiled with jaw-dropping views almost 24/7. As I got older and moved to new places, I developed a greater appreciation for the beauty of the world. A good sunset will still get me to drop everything and dash to the nearest window. Similarly, there is so much wonder in the unique stories I learn from each person I work with. The more people I met, the more I came to value all their incredibly hard and beautiful experiences. Each story has value, and I am determined to preserve them as authentically as they are told. I am a developer of people and stories.

I can't get enough of PEOPLE! Extroverted at heart, my passion lies in growing and coaching others. One of my favorite things to do is write little gratitude notes to individuals I work with. It fills my heart to see the good in someone and express my appreciation for them. Plus, there's something beautiful about a tangible note that they can reflect on and enjoy forever.
Wifey
This is my husband. He's incredible and you will hear about him many times during our time together. He sometimes comes to weddings with me as a sexy assistant too - don't be freaked out by the random 6'6" guy following me around haha!

As a growth-oriented catalyst, I am driven by a passion for learning, decisive action, and executing plans with excellence. On each wedding day I shoot at, I hone my skills in time management and public speaking throughout the day. I have mastered effective communication, managing large groups, and mitigating conflict efficiently in a fast-paced wedding environment. Now, I confidently lead the wedding vendors and schedule, organizing groups and guiding the day's events smoothly.
Activator
My enthusiasm for people carries into pretty much anything I do. It is critical to me to get started on something right away. As I was planning club activities with the leadership of the club, we realized the planning process was disorganized and hard to follow. By the end of the conversation, I had drafted templates for three types of club activities. I will drop everything to complete an important task, and I'll do it well.
